4.1 Booking Process

• A booking confirmation will be issued via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to the contact details provided. Retain this confirmation for check-in.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and identity information at the time of booking. Incorrect information may result in cancellation without refund.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, including where fraudulent or erroneous payment information is detected.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

• All tariffs displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable GST.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that reservation.
• Accepted online payment methods include UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and debit/credit cards via authorised payment gateways.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Online bookings may only be made by individuals aged 18 years or above. Reservations made on behalf of a group that includes minors remain the sole responsibility of the adult making the booking.
